Rejected offer from Microsoft, I'm blocked to look other positions in the company?
Question in the title, passed interviews for Principal Lead but compensation wasn't as expected. I'm blocked for other positions? Is there a waiting time?
No wait time. I’ve seen friends re-interview countlessly. Microsoft just like Amazon is team based. Unless you did something horrible your good.

As an additional question: after the interview the said I was level 66, this means for future interviews they stick with the same level? This is up to the team? Amazon the level is independent of the team.
When you rejected their final offer, did they come back with a higher "final" offer?
