Since mid 2020, there has been a huge surge in demand for single family homes (mainly due to covid-19 WFH situation). Many left cities and bought bigger/ single family homes mostly in suburbs. With vaccine on the way and everything opening up soon, should we anticipate significant lifestyle and culture change and hence does this lead to people moving back to cities, pre covid-19 norm ? Cities will always have the demand. Cities is not for everyone.. crowd, traffic, noise etc. suburbs are not bad as long as the commute is reasonable. Permanent wfh is not going to happen, only hybrid. Eventually people will prefer to come back to work in person. So cities will be up and running
Cities will bloom no matter whatever way work culture shift. There will be executive office/business office. Slowly things will turn to be normal post covid.
