Relocating to the UK: what if my gf does not get a VISA?

Hi folks, I’m European living in Europe and relocating to London as internal transfer with Amazon. My girlfriend is Malaysian, she lives in Kuala Lumpur and has 6y work experience as certified accountant on the UK entities of a big American firm. With her experience she would get a job in Malaysia in few hours while she has been applying for roles in London for a month now without even an invite to an initial phone screen. I assume it is because of her nationality and the fact she would need a VISA to work in the UK. What do you guys suggest to do in this case? Should she move to the UK without a job and search from there? Should she start a second accounting certification in the UK and then search from there? Should she give up?
