Depending on your grade, can differ (either tier 2 or tier 3). But, generally:
- 2 or 3 months corporate housing
- (if you rent) $6k-24k/yr rental subsidy for 2 years (depends also on COI in your old place vs CA).
- $5-6k misc relocation allowance (or, choosing instead for moving companies to move your things, etc)
- one way final flight to California for you and your partner
Those are the more important ones at least, there are several other small ones but I’d say its top notch compared to most companies. I’m grade 29 so I got the higher tier 3 option.
