My friend is looking for new grad network engineer positions. She is doing masters in electrical networking. Does anyone know specific resources for interview preparation ? Currently she is reading CCNA Todd Lamle book and questions Glassdoor.
There are tons in YouTube. Search for System Design Interview and there are dozen of (great) resources linked to those videos. Good luck
It depends on the role, networking is a broad term that includes many unrelated technologies such as collaboration, security, routing and switching, data center, storage...etc. so she needs to identify the Felix ingesting her and learn its basics. If the position she is aiming for does not identify a technology, the getting CCNA routing and switching certified would be a good start.
I would suggest to go for networklessons.com 1$ for 7 days trial Interviewers do not ask system design questions for NE roles. They ask L2-L3 troubleshooting.
