Restricted stock units
How do you think about RSUs? Are they your wealth? Imaginary dollars? Potential dollars? Are they actually mine? If I quit before full vest is that an actual loss?
If you're at Amazon, I don't count them because the vesting schedule sucks ass. I only count the current year and that's it.
