Resume Review/Advice for transition from Software Developer to Technical Program Manager

Hi All I have total experience of 10 years mainly in development in PL SQL and Database administration in Oracle. I am looking to transition to technical program manager and want to get some advice on my resume. I have worked in Agile teams with front end and backend developers, QA, Product Managers in Development teams, DBA teams, Performance testing ( Site Reliability Engineering). In my current role, I am writing PL SQL code and also managing 2-3 projects for our release ( our company don’t have program manager roles and developers manage the projects as well) I have modified my resume to include all these experiences as technical program manager experience. But I think my resume does not have required technical skills for a TPM role as I have not worked much as Software developer in any other languages, technologies except database and pl sql.
