Resume review for product owner/Scrum master
Hi, I am transitioning from Salesforce to Product owner/ scrum master position. Here is my resume for it. I have been in Salesforce for 7 years and I am tired of fixing bugs and coding. Could you please review my resume and share any positive negative feedback on it? I have been a spokesperson for my team when it comes to talking to clients, resolving other developers questions by gathering clear answers from clients and also when it comes to presenting the progress. Those two roles are not the same. You should not be marketing to both. Ignoring your resume and reading your post you should be going for pm.

cut it to 1 page, keep only metrics , there is lot of garbage text right now which is unneccesary

Learn to do something productive, instead of SCUM MASTERY or whatever BS managers had invented.
Too much text. Include quantifiable metrics which measure impact. Remove the professional summary & skills section. Most importantly, 1 pg for every decade of experience
This. To OP - you mentioned you are a developer and then mention you have a lot of experience with software development, huh? “Innovative” reference looks cringy too, what could you possible innovate in your role?
