Returning FnF to Samsung
I left Samsung Research Noida (SRI-N) last January, They I had to pay 34K back to them, I don’t need to provide any more relieving letters. What happens if I don’t pay it back to them? (they didn’t send any email for like 7-8 months for recovery). They only provided the information for recovery amount few months ago. I don’t want to sound cheap or anything but I don’t want to pay them they were horrible to work with. Will there be any serious issues ?#tech #tech #tech TC 15 LPA #Samsung #samsungelectronics #tech
They will send max 2-3 notices . It's not worth it for them to chase you for this small amount.. however I'll recommend you to pay that amount,if you have not received relieving letter or experience letter.. and they will not blacklist you ..
Yes, that’s what I think, also my new company is not asking anything further from me like the relieving letter, I wonder if the next company will ask reliving letter of Samsung also
Yeah they might ask .. it will come up in bg verification due to PF contribution.. next company might ask for a relieving letter.. i don't think it's worth it .. just pay and forget and exit peacefully.
Just pay it. Future job reference check will go to them, not worth your career. Those cheapskates can use it to buy kayam churna for HR
