You are right, culture is horrible and Don’t even think about WLB! pay is good and so do the stock, may be stay few years and switch?

Not in hardware but please WLB is great… 9-5 job. Only bad thing about WLB at broadcom is it is 5 days in the office and if you suck at your job youll get let go. So people who suck at their job might find it stressful

You’re getting 120k more. Take it. Just be aware that there must be folks at your level making 100k more. See if you can get stocks to 250k. Are you in back-end ? Even more chill. APD is good, expect to be a bit busy.

Yes. They rarely hire ICB6 externally. But it’s one of the fastest growing stock or 3rd fastest growing so far right after Tesla and NVIDIA . I haven’t received refresher yet but I heard refreshers are better than both of those and better or same as faang. I haven’t seen anyone going out of Broadcom once they join :)
Do u have to be in office 5 days 9 to 5 . Or is ok to do 2-3 days half day working from home. And say come to office at 11 and leave by 3-4 . Do rest if work at home. .
