Can people comment on work atmosphere in rally Health SF office? Pros/Cons?
Run away while you can
It just feels like a slow decline. If you have experience and can get a job elsewhere, do that instead.
Thanks for advise. You mean decline in business? Whats impact after UHG acquisition
Is this a company-wide pattern? I'm curious what it's like in the DC office
I won’t say it’s that bad but the morale seems to be pretty low somehow. The peers are still great so you can learn quite a bit working at Rally but it’s becoming a bit more political imo, so fast growth etc is a thing of the past.
I was planning to join SF office. Now I m scared
If you have choice join Chicago office it's awesome
Unfortunately I am settled in Bay Area. Is SF really bad culture wise?
What happened was all the old guard were making FANG level money with their options, but most people hit their 4 year cliff last year / early this year. Since the acquisition United is cheap about paying developers and most people took a comp drop by at least a 1/3 after their cliff. The upside is Rally had a nice startup culture, and it’s a good WLB. A lot of the guys there stuck around for so long because their coworkers were cool.
How about Chicago office?
Hahahahaha
Is it that bad?
It's not SAP bad though
