Not sure if it’s a org / team , but eitherways any insights on the team about Impact , culture etc would be really helpful for me to decide on the offer. I'm curious what's does the stripe offer comp split look like? base, equity, sign-on. Also what was your level at Amazon?
top offer for L3 is 270k base, 250k yearly equity, 50k sign on. 270k over 2 years refreshers available for good performance
What’s the percentage or likelihood for getting refresher? What about an average engineer? Do they get refresher or winner takes all?
Money Movement is a large tech team with many interesting products going on. You will have high impact. Depending on your manager, your WLB may vary. Mine is great and I generally work 30-40 hours as an engineer.
Thanks for sharing. How is the scope of the project compared to your previous workplace? Are you learning a lot from these interesting projects? Do you feel valued and satisfied?
Project scope can range from 1-4 months with primarily 1-2 people working on it. For some projects, it was less challenging and I learned little. But for most projects, definitely learning a lot. Yes I feel valued as an engineer here, overall satisfied
