Reviews on Arras Apartments, Bellevue.
Hey everyone, I’m moving to Bellevue in January and have zeroed in on Arras Apartments. I was just about to hit the apply button, but checked reviews online and they’re terrible mainly due to a LOT of noise from nearby construction. The latest review I see is from August and a petition to the city from the residents to do something about it. I’m not sure if the issues still exist and wanted to check if anyone here knew. Also read in a few reviews that the utility bills are very high. Trying to see if anyone who lives there or knows someone who lives there can help me out. Thanks! #bellevue #arras
You don't want to live in the Spring District until all the buildings are complete. There's also literally nothing around there as the site was formerly a bus barn and a Safeway milk plant.
I currently live here.. there was continuous noise Mon-Sat but now the majority of construction is over and the noise has reduced considerably. Otherwise I have no other complaints. DM me if you have questions.
Had some friends live there. Standard fair. Nothing special. Construction is on going as the Facebook buildings are going in there and sparc and amli are right there as well.
