Recently have been seeing multiple openings in Twitter India for the data platform team. Since I wanted to apply, was wondering about the compensation being offered to external hires for the post of SDE-2? Also is Twitter India working on good projects or is it just a dumping ground for "keeping the lights on" tagged projects? Current TC - 64L(38.5 + Stocks + Bonus) 3.25 YOE
With respect to Twitter India, it only has the Data Platform team and the highest compensation I have come across is around 30L base, not sure about your break up

Twitter is offering 20 base to freshers in india . Not sure of stocks , but most probably it's 8L for 4 years.
No, For Twitter new grad. It's 21L Base + stocks worth 23K USD over 4 years + Annual bonus of ~3L+ That comes to about 28-29L per annum.

Depends on where the 6 years are. If they're at a comparable top company like Microsoft, Amazon, it can go up to 80 LPA. They will not give high TC for Cisco.
How's the work and culture? And good team available?
