Skydio - comp and WLB

Skydio seems to be one of the most promising product-level hardware startups. They have a few roles that are relevant to my experience. Recently, have seen many Tesla/Google/Apple/Amazon SW and HW people move there. I was wondering how is Skydio's comp and WLB in general? TC: 200k YOE: 3 #hardware
