Rfe in h1b transfer
Apple fragomen. pp. USCIS status tracker shows rfe issued. Status changed after 8 business days from the receipt notice. I need to wait for another week perhaps to recieve the physical mail to reach Apple fragomen office. This is such a disappointment. Can't they do an express one day delivery if they can't just email these info? I asked fragomen team to share the copy of the filed h1b transfer application so that I can review it and check what they filed. They denied stating it against company policy. They can share it only when approved. This makes no sense. Has this happened to anyone? :( :( :( I was waiting to get out of my current job from so long. Got one offer after so many interviews. Fragomen already took 3 weeks to file the petition. And now rfe. Update: I got rfe with the reason to explain about my home address mentioned in my lca. My attorney took a day to respond to the same. It reached the uscis the next day. Uscis approved my case after 10 days of receiving the response. I have joined the company.
Don’t worry, will work out. Couple of friends had rfes on hardware roles during transfer and went through... wait for the request and respond. good luck

Is your degree no in computer science? Or is it because of something else?
Don't know the reason yet. My degree is in CS. M in embedded system software development in my current job and in the offered job as well. I don't see any issue there.

RFE was about work from home address. Attorneys responded to it. However, uscis hasn't still processed my petition :( :( :(
Did you put home address in LCA, but didn't provide an itinerary in I129?
Here is the thing. Fragomen didn't share the Lca or the copy of the filing. I asked them to provide the same to review it myself but they declined my request.so I literally don't know what they have filed.
I got an RFE on amendment too last year for silly reason like show you studied so & so while I was in same role & team 3 years back too. Fragomen takes time to respond but they’re good

Hey! Do you know how long the USCIS took to send the reason for RFE? Do they send only via mail? My attorney said the USCIS sends the reason via mail in 2 weeks. Someone on blind said USCIS will send a fax in 1-2 days if your case was filed under PP. Did you hear back?

OP, what was the final outcome of your petition. How did fragomen respond to it finally? I am pretty much in the same boat right now and was curious how things went for you?
Do you know any reason why did you get RFE? It’s strange that when you file H1B transfer as a direct full-time employee to work at reputed companies like Apple and get RFE.
Uscis has mailed it via usps. And will know the reason when that piece of paper lands tha fragomen office. This sounds so bullshit to me. They take so much amount for pp and they can't even send it via one day express delivery.
For PP, they will send email also fax attorney. I got to know the reason the same day.
