Riot game annual salary adjustment
How much is Riot Games salary adjustment for full time employees? Does it catch up with the inflation? Thank you! TC: peanut
Historically, they confirmed that they try to make salary adjustments equal to the col of the area you live so I expect decent salary adjustments in March. (But like the other person said we don't know for the next few months). The overall bracket salary adjustments happened a few years ago with the introduction of our paybands and leveling system.
Do you know if someone with signed an offer using previous pay bands but will start after this round of adjustment qualifies with adjustment? and if they will qualify for adjustment the next year using updated pay bands?
@wKnq53 usually the pay bands are not adjusted yearly but every couple of years. I had a coworker leave due to being at the top of his band and HR saying they can't even give col adjustments due to him being at the top and they might look at shifting the bands in a year or so. Then he would be eligible for col adjustments. I believe your offer will be adjusted only if you qualify for the review period for the year
