wlb is not terrible. workload is a bit high just like any other startup.
What’s the interview process for SWE and how long is the offer valid if we interview now and want to wait few months? Do they allow remote?
Interview process consists of multiple rounds (DSA + LLD + HLD) depending upon years of experience . Holding the offer might be possible if you give the right reason. Yes remote options are available.
Do they sponsor work visa ?
Yeah there is some minimum experience criteria in the company. Like How long you have been with Rippling .

It is 3000$ if someone joins from referral. If he/she gets 4 or 5 it is like part-time income in a year
Hi, which location you are from. Need to check approx comp for a few relevant roles. Can Rippling beat Ubr comp?
Can beat yearly compensation in numerical value. But hourly compensation is less than some service based companies because of high work hours.
