Rippling culture?
I am expecting an offer from Rippling for a Staff position. It might be around $500-525k. I have another offer from a public company but it is much lower around $350k (225k base + bonus + stocks). Wondering if it is worth waiting for Rippling offer as I have been reading several bad reviews. Current TC - 300k #tech #software #rippling
Interviewed with them once, had a lot of red flags. Declined interview.

If money is the motivator, go for it. But remember it is paper money. Culture is certainly worse. Check reviews they are spot on. Ignore 5 star outliers 😀
The reviews are right. In some teams expectations are to work over weekends consistently. Individual contributors generally have very less leverage and input in product direction and initiatives so often assignments would be short sighted/short termed
Money wise the two offers are comparable if you apply a fair 60%-70% discount on the paper money. Just consider if you are “good” enough to survive at Rippling.

go for the public company. Zenefits is TRASH
Not worth it. And your recruiter is over selling you for that role. Very sure the paper money won’t be more than 50% of what they quoted you
It’s the worst decision I ever made. Stay away from Rippling.
