Rippling director salary

Do you all know how much Rippling pays to directors of engineering in ML? Is it a good company?

They pay till up to 300-360 base and options. It's amazing company. There are 90 prevent chanced you have millions in couple of years

What are you smoking? Base pay is in range but Rippling no longer issues options. We give RSU based on the 11.25B valuation and it is probably 40x arr. Make sure you understand what it means.

IPO beginning of 2026 seems most likely. We will be over 1B ARR then and still growing fast, which would make us well over 11B valuation. There’s still loads of upside my brother. Come join us, the future is bright.

At a 40x ARR to valuation multiple, the ARR is probably around 250m USD right now. If you expect to hit 1B by 2026, that would imply an annual growth rate of 100%!! Is that correct ?
