Hi, I have an offer for senior role as below 200,000 base 32000 options I believe the current valuation is quoted at 4B. Can someone suggest if this is a good offer or there is room to negotiate?

What is the price of option and what face market value of each stock? I would not join startup if they dont tell those stock options = how much % ownership in the company. Because stocks option with FMV can be easily diluted after funding. Also it can change value of those options. ( The way we saw in social network movie)
200 base is avarage for Sr role in bay area. I know someone who got 200 base in other startup with 5 YoE
