Received an offer at these 2 unicorns, and currently deciding between them. Rippling is an all-in-one HR software (pretty hot field/large growth potential for the product since Workday is garbage), and Nextdoor is a social app based on your community (older company compared to Rippling, announced plans to IPO soon, seems to have a great work culture). Rippling pays 1k more per month, but honestly looking more at resume value / growth and learning than comp. Which would y’all choose for an internship and why?
OP can I DM you?
