Hi All, I need some guidance. I was interviewed at Rivian. They told me that it would be a process involving 5-6 rounds. After going through the each round I used to ask for any pointers I could work on and what was their experience interviewing me. In all the 6 rounds they were pretty happy with the overall experience and told me there were no pointers where I need to improve. There was just one guy (6th round) where the guy said I take control of the interview by going into too much technical details however he was also happy with the overall experience and this was the only negative feedback in all 6 rounds. Now after waiting for one whole week for the results (where initially recruiter said they are pretty quick on results) recruiter reached out to me asking if I was open for one more round. My concern is it worth putting time and effort in this case since I have a feeling that all the interviewers were pretty happy with me however, that one guy who said I take control of the interview by going into too much detail has overshadowed all the rounds. He was a regular engineer in the team however, hiring manager, Ciso, program manager, legal and one network engineer all of them were pretty happy. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks for the help.
They will ghost you after your interview
Any interview questions you can share. It would be of great help. Thanks in advance.
Just be careful about interviewing with this company. They give verbal offers and in the end, reject the candidacy. Happened with me and a lot of people on Blind.
That is very helpful. Thanks for the warning
