Go with Earnin, but I’m biased.
Earnins “paper” is very undervalued right now. Work life balance won’t even be close. Amazon will grind you. Earnin will build you up.

Does that earnin TC includes paper money? If yes then I wont equate it with AWS TC
yeah, both are total compensation.
