What is a state selector?
Wow! Really roasting questions, can we say it's like a small version of redux store?
Kinda, but look it up. The state there doesn’t change (invoke the selector logic) unless one of the dependencies change.
How do you cache an element in Apollo without an ID?
Is it like using a readQuery function if apollo supports it maybe?
Nope, thanks for applying! We have a cooling period of 1 year
Make sure you know how to write a debounce function
Another roasting questions, thanks first time i've heard of it from what i understood it's a concept to limit the rate of a function to be called. is this true?
Yes like when something is typed into an input which will be making an API call.
SDM here and I’m hiring FEE’s/SDE’s all levels… PS has 2 sections 1/ Behavioral questions 2/ Coding DS/Algos or Coding logical and maintainable… we don’t usually focus on framework questions it’s more about your understanding for the tech and the core concepts since we hire builders not consumers… to prep for the PS read the LP’s and prepare at least 1 crisp answer for each LP and follow the star format for all your questions… in terms of the tech try to get to the working solution as fast as you can then optimize… ask clarifying questions and share your thought process during the implementation… good luck :)
Wow thanks brother for these golden tips. Yes. Im super interested about the role of FEE to join amazon and your team. and would like to tell you further about my skills that stands me out of the others. Inluding front end. Ui/ux and passion for System Design. If possible i will be glad to apply for this JD 1414352 and 1581016 and last 1478591. Looking forward to hear from you. Thanks in advance
Which one will you prefer? Debouncing or Throttling? Give specific cases for both
Great thanks for the amazin roasting questions, i researched it and understood it. So throttling is if you keep calling a function (like search fetches apis) at the end you won't receive data until it's resolved or after a certain time. while debouncing, is almost the same but you would receive the results only after a certain amount of time or resolve from last time you made your call to the function
How do you properly use hooks to set a value dependant on the predecessor value?
Wow! Never came across these before, is this more of a senior level question?
I’m a senior, but very junior in terms of React
