Robinhood 15% employee stock discount program
Heard from a friend that Robinhood employees get to purchase Robinhood stock at a 15% discount every paycheck. Is there a cap to this, does anyone know how it works? #personalfinance #investments

Obvious there will be a cap with any espp. Otherwise you can keep profiting from this as a side income.

There's an IRS cap on ESPP even if the company doesn't. It's "$25k" but it's a little more complicated.

MSFT does. 15% up to some cap I forgot. Meta does not.

Yep and then the market discounts the stock 15% the day after your purchase

It’s a really awesome program. You get a 15% discount and then the stock drops 40%.
