Robinhood Account security
Hello, I recently opened an account in Robinhood. One fine day I wake up in the morning (ironically on the Robinhood IPO day) I received an email that my account is locked. So here I am, unable to login and on top of that absolutely unable to contact customer service. As all options are after logging in. What a crazy system? I am waiting to login and forever get out of Robinhood. Anyone else experienced this before?
Did you make any changes to your bank account connected with Robinhood ?
Nopes. No changes. Anyhow my goal is not root cause the issue for Robinhood. But actually login to my account :)
Did you buy puts on HOOD? Vlad has been personally deactivating those accounts
Cancel that garbage. Why on earth would you use that service?
In order to cancel I need to login.

Do you have active positions in your account? In that case, you are tucked. Because robinhood support is non existential. They might get back to you after 6 months though.
https://robinhood.com/contact There is a option to contact without login. Sometimes I seriously wonder how ignorant we can be.

They will get back on the case after at least 1 month. For now they would send an automated email that they are looking into it and will get back within 3 days.
