Robinhood customer service - the worst.

Locked out for 20 days. Unable to login. Have >100k stuck. Missing out on a lot of market action. I’m out of Robinhood whenever this issue gets fixed. Don’t have a significant portion of your savings with Robinhood, if something goes wrong, they’ll screw you. I thought one of my experiences with ATT was the worst, but ATT is miles away and apart. I can at least talk to a human and get an answer. Edit ——————— Update - Robinhood unlocked my account finally. It could be because of one of three reasons - 1. They finally cleared their backlog (unlikely IMO - I’ve become too much of a skeptic) 2. Two awesome rh employees on blind helped escalate the matter (likely) 3. I filed a complaint with CFPB (likely) Robinhood helped me enter the market. I love the UX. If Robinhood wants to be a great company they need to fix their customer support big time. As for me, I’m out of Robinhood.

I am sorry about this. We are making significant improvements to customer service and did recently offer call backs for account security though. You can get a call back within 30 mins, in the app.

Thanks for your reply. The problem is I’m locked out of the account and hence I can’t get a callback from the app. There is callback only if you are logged in.

File a complaint to CFPB. Would be surprised if Robinhood won’t get back to you in 48 hours.
