Roblox UX?
Principal UX at Cisco, been 2.5 years already, no growth, TC of 275k, just started interviewing at various companies. Roblox onsite next week, they seem excited to bring me in. Anyone familiar with Principal Design TC at Roblox, culture and future (IPO possibility?

TIL Roblox has a design team. Their UI/UX and game design bar is a hair above the ground IMO So I guess if they let you there is a lot of improvement to be done?
Lots of upside. Lots of things to improve on the product. Do it.
