Received a Sr financial analyst offer in Roku, should I take it? How can I negotiate for higher pay? TC: 150k No sign on No 401k match No ESPP NO Bonus I have unvested stock from current company, and will receive bonus next Feb from current company, can I get roku to match? Thanks!!!
