Folks, recently got offer for Sr. Engineering Manager in Roku. Help me evaluate the offer Tc: 400 Yoe 11 No joining bonus. Can we negotiate for joining bonus. Rsu is max 20% which is included in total Comp. Is this a good offer? Current Tc: 350 #offer #Roku
