Any insight into how many/what roles are typically kept on after an Amazon acquisition? Temporary integration/transition or long-term? Interested in non-engineering specifically.
OP you are on a clock, have a back up offer in hand in next 3-6 months. Incase you are an SME within non tech with ton of dependency, I would wait and watch.
Yeah. I agree with Albertsons on this.
I can’t tell you about Amazon specifically, but if you are a non-tech role that can be replicated easily you might be a synergy that will be eliminated. Parts of HR, accounting , finance will disappear. Even sales roles can get cut if you are overpaid compared to your the acquiring company. However, an integration takes time.
