Siemens vs Globant
Hello guys, I hope you are doing well. I received an offer from Globant and abput to receive one from Siemens. I am confused with one to choose and need insight from the mentors here Globant - 21.5 Siemens - 23 there might be some joining bonus. Both offers are from India globant is in pune and Siemens I can work from Noida which is where my home is. I am looking for a workplace where I can get to learn and grow technically and have some work life balance. since I was not getting the right opportunity I lack a lot so I am looking for a good place to lean and grow Brand is something not important to me since I left oracle because they cheated me with work. Current tc:- 18 Yor- 5 Looking forward to some genuine guidance. @globant @siemens @oracle
I would say go with the siemens. Good TC. Also Globant is service based company.
Thank you for the suggestions but I heard that in globant we work completely for a client who are big product on their own. That's why I am so confused
