Rubrik and cohesity are walking zombies. If they go IPO their valuation will be what it was in 2019 . Both the companies r growing at less than 20% and they r nowhere close to 75% gross margin. The data back up is commodity tech, most cloud providers will have it soon . They r trying to pitch themselves as cybersecurity companies or data security companies to improve valuations but they don’t have any tech to detect threats. Overall my recommendation is sell ur stock in secondary market if I find buyers and not wait ipo.
