Rubrik found a better way to layoff people and have put many employees on pip. People at junior level are stressed of the gigantic expectations that manager demands in every 1:1. People are being forced by upper management to have 1 PR out every day. Is money worth it when your mental health is going worse? Is this happening in other companies as well? #rubrik #layoffs
Don't know who told you all this but this is BS. I have been part of many meeting and no body in management is pushing for pip or some random requirements of PRs. If your manager told you so, go talk to your skip or other leaders. Coming to blind and putting such statements does not help anyone.

I checked and you are right. I am sorry to see that. I have not heard anything from anybody about pip.
So looks like productivity is under focus at all places now.
