Rubrik vs Indeed
I recently got two offers from Rubrik and Indeed. Rubrik: Base - 163,000$ Signon - 18,000$ RSU - 8900 units. (57850$/year) Yearly bonus - 15% of base. (depends on individual and company performance) Level - G6 Total TC: 245,000$ including stocks Indeed: Base - 150,000$ Signon - 32,000$ RSU - 105400$ for 4 years. Yearly Bonus - (10% to 18% of base) Level - L2 Total TC: 190,000$ - Rubrik stocks are worthless until it goes to IPO. - Indeed has stock refreshers every year. - WLB at Indeed is much better than Rubrik. - I like both the roles but I believe Rubrik has smarter people than Indeed. (Checked the profiles in LinkedIn) Location: Austin (Remote friendly) YOE: 6 years Current TC: 122,000

Did Indeed go IPO
Indeed isn’t an IPO. But I will be getting stocks from Recruit Holdings which is a sister company to Indeed.
You could check with rubrik as well whether they can encash their stocks. If so and if you don't mind WLB I think rubrik is a better option
Rubrik has annual stock refreshers too.
How much?
How can there be a single correct answer to that? I'll just say depends, but competitive numbers corresponding to the level.

Is this offer for SDE II or Senior SDE?
Not sure, they said L2
But L2 includes mid level and senior right? And L3 is staff? asking as i have an onsite coming up too
What valuation is your rubric offer on?
26$ per unit. Not sure how true the value is.
