Hey I am a ruby developer, I have really only done full stack web development with ROR, have about 7 YOE. I don’t have a CS degree and I want to make the move to a company that pays more than $160k TC. where should I spend my efforts preparing? I know data structures will be big, but should I learn C++ or Java? Or Python for the interview? If I apply to google, should I learn Go?

Hi OP, RoR developer here. I would just do LeetCode using Ruby if that's what you are most comfortable with. I just used Ruby for my Google interviews and they were completely fine with it
The only caveat is that Ruby doesn't have in-built libraries for PriorityQueues and some other things so you might have to implement your own but I doubt anyone will ask you to do that in an interview
Wherever you end up, try to learn something new. Ruby is dying and it's best outcome is going the way of PHP.
If you know RoR, Django is very easy to pick up
