It's not uncommon these days... But I just got it on Sunday morning for a different role vs the one I applied. Recruiter works on Sunday now? Or this actually means my application did not even reach to recruiters and got auto rejected by algorithms?
Auto reject
I have bad luck applying through workday, always get auto rejected.
Rejects are often sent with a time delay because it looks bad when you spend the time to apply and they reject in 2 min. There’s generally no auto reject except for the position getting closed or answering screening questions wrong (e.g. do you need sponsorship?) Idk why it’s for a different job, but I’ve had companies reuse the same req for something different then call me and get confused why I don’t match the new job
Auto rejected. The resume screener didn’t find certain keywords it was looking for.
Dam need to brush up my resume then :(
