I know this app is mainly for engineers and related, but does anyone here sell for Raytheon? I sell for an MSP, but I have a relative who works for TE Connectivity and they asked if I had any knowledge of or interest in Raytheon. Some of the tech is pretty interesting, and what I’m looking at has applications across all aerospace. What’s the company like for sales people? I assume a long sales cycle in aerospace, but how is the comp? Benefits? Culture? Is a clearance necessary for all departments?
What do you sell? Missiles? “Boy the market for missiles ain’t what it used to be”.
Does Raytheon have a sales team? I thought they just did govt work?
Lol!
Most programs here require a clearance.
You don't need sec for every job. Culture is good for IT folks so far. Everyone seems to like working here. Benefits and pay are no FANG, but the hours are not either. When we hit our fourty hours, we log off. It is wonderful.
Yes. Most of your time will be spent in internal meetings and feeding the business development bureaucracy along with faking sales projections to help finance show growth that isn’t there.
