I'm expecting an offer from Tekion Corp for SDE 2 role. Can someone from Tekion please put some light on the work culture , wlb and kind of work? Also, how much I can i expect from them? YoE : 3.5 TC : 20.4 Update: CTC offered : 31 fixed + 2 JB + 4000 units of stock(25% vesting each year) for 4 years.
Work is quite interesting wlb and work culture depends on team to team. I am currently working in CRM so in our team culture is quite good, talented peers and decent wlb. Regarding the compensation, you can ask 30+ fixed, many peers at such exp. here gets that much.

The wlb and work culture is team specific. I am in platform , and we have many supporting and reasonable people . With your YOE you can touch 35L+ base (also depends on competing offer) . Atb
What a lie , last 1 year I might have done 12 hours max 3 days in the year and I know my team mates have not worked that much If you don’t like wlb fine but don’t spread lies
Paramesh which team? This seems like a exception now since most of teams have addressed WLB concerns and are supposed to report their team sentiment to leadership on a monthly basis
Work culture is not great, WLB also not great, find someone from the team and check about your role
That depends which team you are part of I know about service platform and accounting being good work culture and WLB because I work with these teams a lot Others not sure but it’s certainly improving because leadership wants to review team sentiment every month and fix wherever there is scope of improvement

60L post IPO is possible as per CEO's vision. It is a different question of when. And basing your current value on the basis of future value is typical HR, you should ask them current value instead.
All lies about wlb at Tekion. I have friends slogging 12 to 14 hours daily on weekdays. Frequent spillovers to weekend. Join at your own risk. Fraudsters won't come to rescue then.
There are both sides man. There people with non existent life , there people with good wlb , and for most its switching between both . It all depends on the team you're joining and your manager. OP , mention your team and reach out to people who'll be there , they will be able to give you proper insight.
