Housing prices in Sunnyvale 94086 seem to be on fire recently, leaving 94087 behind. Is 94086 the new Silicon Valley hotspot? https://www.redfin.com/CA/Sunnyvale/752-Shasta-Fir-Dr-94086/home/1752025?600390594=copy_variant&231528114=control&1778901559=variant&utm_source=ios_share&utm_medium=share&utm_nooverride=1&utm_content=link&utm_campaign=share_sheet https://www.redfin.com/CA/Sunnyvale/676-Spruce-Dr-94086/home/668245?600390594=copy_variant&231528114=control&1778901559=variant&utm_source=ios_share&utm_medium=share&utm_nooverride=1&utm_content=link&utm_campaign=share_sheet https://www.redfin.com/CA/Sunnyvale/928-W-Iowa-Ave-94086/home/1321148?600390594=copy_variant&231528114=control&1778901559=variant&utm_source=ios_share&utm_medium=share&utm_nooverride=1&utm_content=link&utm_campaign=share_sheet #mortgage #housing #bayarea
What is happening there? That’s unbelievable
That’s insane
People thinking they are smart to look in other areas of Sunnyvale and driving prices up there as well. This is nothing new. 94087 was what people who couldn’t afford Palo Alto and Cupertino settled for at one time. Until it got as expensive (or more) as those. Now it is 94086.
Not anymore. Palo Alto is where people who can't afford Sunnyvale settle nowadays.
@google, you joking right? PA is still way above sunnyvale’s league
I only know 90210 in California
$2k/sqft in Sunnyvale?!?!?!
94086 is definitely picking up. But don’t sleep on 94087. The highest sold price homes are stil in 94087 with all the $4M+ sales in 94087. Folks are starting to move to decent parts of 94086 driving up those prices
Those who cannot afford 94087 go to 94086 followed by 94085 and 94089. I am not surprised looking at this data.
Condolences to these folks buying at the peak before the crash.
