Hello Blind, I was wondering what kind of reputation Elastic Search carry on your resume? What is the perception of having worked for Elastic as an engineer (as an employee for that company)

I tried elastic but they said they couldn't beat my $160k TC. They told me their best earn like $140k. This was a consulting/solutions engineer role though. You got an elastic TC to compare?
Ouch. Very interested in their comp. I know they are distributed, so they don't have the cost of offices.
