Depends on the state. MA gives us 40 hours sick leave on top of PTO
every year use or loose it.Every 5yrs it increases by additional day or 2
You can have up to 35 days total depending on years of service. 20 to start, 25 after 4 years, 30 after like 12 or 14 years, and 35 after 20+ years I think. You also get a bonus week on every 5th year work anniversary (year 5, 10, 15, etc.), which is pretty sweet. And wedding week off if/when you get married. Plus the standard 10 holidays guaranteed.
