USAA Offer Evaluation
Position: Data Engineer II Base: 83k Bonus: 8383 (10.1% this year) Holiday: 3192 (1 extra paycheck in December) TC: ~$94.5k Benefits: Tuition: 10k 401k: 4% me, 8% USAA Pension: 3% (I dont fully understand yet) YOE: 4 Looks like a good offer to me especially since I will be going for my masters degree. Wondering if there's room to negotiate.

I can't evaluate your offer, but a good friend worked for USAA for about 20 years and had a very good experience there. As an employee, will you be eligible for USAA insurance? That would certainly be a nice benefit. If USAA offers a pension, that is very unusual these days and certainly a nice perk.
