I am fresh out of university(undergrad) and have an offer for role of SE I wanted to ask how is tech stack used in Netsuite ERP team (Hyderabad)? And also how is the work culture and WLB? Have heard about some discrimination based on whether you are a North Indian, is it true? #netsuite #oracle #careeradvice
TC or ….
Annual compensation: INR 18.26LPA 2000 USD RSUs
Unless you are comparing multiple offers you are holding, don't worry about the team or tech stack. It's all random. Don't worry, even I worried about this when starting but looking back, it doesn't matter
ERP Netsuite hyd is one of the finest and creamy team of Netsuite.. They work on core and platform both. I have been personally trying to interview for it but keeps getting rejected as their interview bar is quite high.. Haven't heard of any discrimination there.. Per your source Do they prefer North Indian or South Indian?
They prefer south Indian. And source wasn't much credible anyways, it was reddit, and probably someone mistaking netsuite for other org of oracle. So maybe there really isn't much of discrimination.
Thanks for the review. Can you please comment on the WLB of ICs (IC 2/3) in Netsuite Hyderabad?
OP, did you join? How’s the environment there, especially the WLB for ICs ?
@author, did you joined this group? I saw few more openings in ERP and want to be sure of WLB and discrimination before I apply this time..
Yeah, I did end up joining. WLB is pretty chill. Most people log off by 6pm and 2 days a week office. Also at least in my team there is no discrimination as well.
I saw the org chart now and it's very big org now... Any recommendation on which team to prefer and which to stay away from?
I don't think weather in hyderabad discriminates between North and South people. It sucks equally for everyone.
I see I have embarrassed myself. Nice pun though
