Hello, I got an offer 138,000 PLN gross per year. How is it ? Is it a good salary? How much do rent & expenses take? YOE : 1 year related to offer /3 years BA Social rights Private Healthcare Multisport Card Group Insurance Scheme The job offer might be remote (B2B Contract) too. But they said I have to create a company in Poland for this option. Does anyone know the process? #tech #sap #businessanalyst
It's not a bad offer in PL for junior and you have relatively low experience. For mid it is low. Tech job market now in PL is pretty hot, so if you become dissatisfied you will quickly find a new one. You can try to browse https://nofluffjobs.com/pl It is major tech job portal in PL, you can see what are the offered rates for which type of job and decide. If this is a b2b contract, typically the offer is 20% higher, but you must set up your own business and work as a contractor. Taxes are much more favourable though, as you will earn about 10-20% more on b2b plus offers are higher by social contributions amount, which employer does not need to cover. In total it may be up to 40% net better vs employment contract. The more you earn the bigger sense it make to move to b2b. With 168k per annum you would get only few percent more net, but with contracts over 500k the difference will be massive. Just to give na example, 500k on employment contract will give you 300k net while on b2b you will get between 400-470k.. sounds like a difference ;)
It is an average but acceptable offer for Poland. This is 11.5k gross per month and around 8k net. This is enough to have a decent single person life. Rent would be about 2.5k per month for a one bedroom flat, food about 1.5-2.5k (depends how much you eat out). Rest will allow you to have a stable life, once a year holidays and some small savings. It is not enough to buy a flat (unless you find some small studio on the outskirts) and not enough if you have family and your spouse does not work. You can check numbeo which is fairly accurate.
Thanks for the information. I asked for higher value. I couldnt find numbeo can you send me the link?
