Yep! I sell right away and put it into VTI. The stock itself is a depreciating asset.

You can contribute upto 10% of your base salary and the company will match 40% of that amount up until 6k euro match. The company will buy stocks every month(I believe on the 9th of every month) and you can sell immediately.
