SAP Second Round Interview
I have my second round interview scheduled with SAP Concur next week. According to first HM Round, second round was supposed to be a coding interview but I am scheduled for 30 mins. Do SAP take coding rounds in 30 mins? Usual trend I have seen is 45 mins to 1hr. Any idea what kind of questions to expect? Every team is totally different. Some organizations do quite difficult coding rounds, others do take home projects
Hows your experience so far with SAP? I know they are not a great paymaster but still I would like to know more about the culture, benefits and etc!
It's pretty good. I actually got a significant raise to come here from MSFT and AMZN before that. They can and will pay if you have a skill they need.
It's random, depends on the individual interviewing you.
Dude don’t join. It’s a shit show. We are in the middle of a transformation and we lack leadership to pull it off. On top of that you will make 🥜 concur and other clouds are now second class. Everything is ERP and Germany. Stay away.
SAP Concur’s coding round was super easy. Maybe a little harder than fizzbuzz. Interviewed for whatever mid level was, 2 YOE. Was offered 115k Seattle. If you’re looking for DS and algos this ain’t it

yep, probably. I’m guessing interview is based on team though, seems like every team has a different style, but Ive interviewed at quite a range of places and see a correlation between low TC <130k and extremely easy coding questions. E.g. Walmart senior eng asked me fizzbuzz and one other similar question.
