SDE 2 making $250k a year in Austin. 6 YOE. Companies to move to for higher pay and good work
I wanna stay in Austin (preferably) and switch companies. Couldn't get through Google. Looking for companies to move to that pays more in Austin Please suggest a few companies. I have 6 years of experience Staying in Austin is not a mandate but preferred I'm thinking of Linked In, Uber and Netflix but none of these are in Austin Expectations: 1. Austin location 2. TC more than $300k including stocks 3. Big companies I know it might not be possible to find a perfect company with above restrictions. lets say location is flexible

How about Homeaway? I think Indeed can match OP current comp with that YOE but yeah...300k is really hard to get in Austin.
300k for 6 yoe in Austin is a stretch
