SDE interview process and pay expectations Woven Planet / formerly Lyft L5 Tokyo
Hey everyone, seems like there is almost no info regarding Woven Planet available. Can anyone share some details regarding interview process and compensation?
Pay is actually all over the place, you might get lowballed like I did. There are at least two people a lower level than I am making more than me 🙃
Would you mind sharing your TC? Did you negotiate?
I'm at 9.5m yen (about 87k USD), I tried but I went through a recruiter and I didn't have any Tokyo offers so they basically told me to get bent
If you haven't already spoken to us, we can likely compensate better than woven planet. I understand the missions are quite different but we are doing some pretty cool work and paying top of market for Tokyo. DM if you want to know more!
